The length of your linen changes the entire feel of a table—and it’s a detail that’s easy to overlook.
- Floor-length linens are the most formal and photograph beautifully. They hide table legs and anything stored underneath, which is why we recommend them for all tables – guest tables, head tables, cake tables, and buffet or display tables.
- Mid-length (lap-length) linens work well for guest tables only when you want relaxed and casual feel. We rarely recommend lap-length unless outside.
When in doubt, floor-length reads as the more elevated, wedding-appropriate choice—especially for the tables in your photos.
